Delivery was excellent, they brought it up to my 4th floor flat (stairs only), gold star to them. Mattress Kingsize very firm and comfortable as l have back problems, l do like the fact of it being Eco friendly as my last mattress would be terrible on the enviroment. l had the best night's sleep and still continue to do so. The mattress is a comfort to sleep .I have lower back and shoulder pain. The mattress is firm however the pillow top is nice soft which helps with the shoulder and back pain. Very disappointed with the delivery. It was not raining when they came to deliver but had rained earlier. The delivery guys rested the mattress on the wet muddy ground outside the house. Plastic covering was torn in couple places . Water and mud seeped through the torn plastic on to mattress. Only noticed after the delivery guys left. Without any consideration, bringing the mattress in, the delivery guys walked in the house with muddy shoes. Shocking when youv'e spent so much money on a mattress and then gets delivered like this . I’ve always made sure I’ve had decent mattress as I believe good back support, deep sleep helps support your overall well-being. This particular mattress is fantastic, it’s supportive so great if you sleep on your back, side or stomach. When you wave you feel refresh and asthough the mattress has realigned your posture. It keeps you cool but at the same time snug as a bug. Great value for money as it was cheaper than silent night going directly. It was delivery by two fantastically friending and helpful men, who had consideration for your home eg they took their shoes off without being asked, they put the mattress in a room of my choice and took all the packaging away at no additional cost. The mattress arrived rolled up in good time as expected. I unrolled it and left it to expand for 8-10 hours after which it was still very hard and measured in at 13cm instead of the 15-20cm as advertised. I left it for a further day to see it it would improve and the mattress remained at 13cm. 3 fairly uncomfortable sleeps later I've resorted to buying a 5cm silent night memory foam mattress topper which has vastly improved how comfy it is. The 2 layers of 2.5cm foam on top of the high density foam is just not adequate in my opinion and although I'm covered by the 100 night sleep guarantee, I need to get some sleep while I try and get used to it. Hopefully it improves over time as I'm wearing it in, but the thickness concerns me and I won't hold my breath.
