I bought this only for the Emma Bridgewater chicken design, because I have had problems with Russell Hobbs kettles in the past few years. The handles on the lids keep breaking! I couldn't resist this, so I hope it will be OK. Lovely kettle, nice and quiet. One problem, despite boiling twice, and rinsing before use, as instructed, the tea tastes metallic. This kettle is stunning. It makes a beautiful sound when turning it on or off. The green is stunning with its stainless steel body. The easy button you press twice to switch the kettle on. The movable knob at the bottom will alter the temperature. Very happy it looks amazing in our kitchen.
