Am 64 so it took me a few days to suss it out but my goodness it’s brilliant. The pre heat is so quick and cooking time much less than my oven so there saving on my electric!! Brilliant replacement for my old deep fat unit which died blowing a fuse. Wonderful for chips!. ALAS. Had to have replecement due to Teflon coating slowly started breaking up. Black bits in the oil.
