This review is to give a 5 stars to Wayfair! The bed is excellent value for the price much better than one I paid a lot more for through a certain online discount group. You get exactly what it says - but you get a lot more because of Wayfair's excellent customer service. We had trouble with one of the gas lift pistons - unbeknown to us it was faulty but caused one of the side struts to completely bend. I contacted Wayfair, they took details the customer service rep gave me his direct email and a phone contact. I emailed him pictures of what had happened and they replied confirming the new parts were ordered and would be delivered. I was skeptical but shouldn't have been. Wayfair replaced the whole side of the bed, including a new white faux leather panel which we didn't expect but had been damaged by the piston failure. It has been replaced and works perfectly. This bed got delivered on the 7th of August, and it has been fine. The only thing is we just got a mattress delivered, and when we went to put it on the bed, there are now those weird stains on the wooden bits, tried to clean it up and wipe them but it won't come off, I have no idea what it is. Very good and strong bed. But the instructions was a headache seriously for the price you ask for you can make a better copy of instructions and may be few pages spread. Took us 4 hours to bulid. We did read the reviews about it before purchasing and we decided not to let it be an issue for us. But blimey it was a headache to bulid lol . Cant fault the bed though very strong good for storage. Very happy with this bed, easy to put up and down and the matress is so comfortable. The only disappointment was the delivery, of which I was told I would receive on the Friday and got a text saying between 1124 - 1424. It did not arrive until the Saturday and that was also quite challenging. I also did not receive the cover that I was told was coming with the bed, again disappointed and I could not get through on the phone to let them know that this was absent when opening the bed..
