When the sofa was delivered I was over the moon, it was soft, the perfect size and colour and then within days the legs bent, gave way and the frame has collapsed in parts. Neither myself nor my partner are heavyweights and we have never experienced anything like this before and this is our 4th sofa from Wayfair. After researching, the sofa has no warranty so make sure you take out extra protection if you buy it. We are waiting for the sofa to be collected and replaced but I was told that if it isn’t returned within 3 weeks I will have to pay for another! Wow, Wow, Wow This sofa is amazing, comfort, sturdy and stylish. You can arrange to left, right and middle chaise. Change the design by making chaise base as coffee/foot stool. That’s not it, not supposed to, but this changes the whole pewter colour, arrange cushions to reverse side up, amazing value and quality. I haven’t put the sofa legs on as wanted that flush look. Basically it’s like a 5 in 1 sofa, you can’t really go wrong there.. highly recommend this sofa, and must praise the delivery men, very friendly and quick. Customer service were very helpful too.. I love my corner unit it’s very sturdy have not put the legs on because it seems to be more sturdy on the laminate floor the legs are plastic so I can just imagine them sliding The material is like a velvet so soft see in the picture when I brush my hand across dark and light (the Corner unit is very heavy) I was worried about it going through the front door but my front door is 27 inches wide and They got it throught. Lovely little sofa for my house, comfortable and well made. Dimensions on advert are wrong and is actually 78x78 inches. Arrived within 2/3 days which was brilliant except that i had been given an estimate of 10 days and got 24 hours notice of the change so wasn't ideal having to sort out somebody being at home so quickly.
