Very flimsy and lightweight, not really how it looks on the website. I can not feel any memory foam and can definitely feel the springs both from the top and from the sides. Also there's a slight lump on one side. With 3000 springs I was expecting it to be firmer and sturdier than it is, but it does say medium so I guess that's correct.
