The description was misleading as it said 'seating' was included which led me to believe you get seat cushions which were shown on the photos but you don't. I also had to redrill the pre drilled holes as they were all too small for the screws. Some of the pre drilled holes didn't line up during assembly. Arrived quickly and product was packaged well. So there was no damage occurred. Instructions were clear and I was able to build effectively. Only downfall as I gave it 4 starts was that there was no indent for the screws to attach to near the end of building (brackets). You had to make the holes yourself.
