Really gorgeous table lamps. Even better in real life than I expected. ive had many compliments about them and they look beautiful in my beach-themed bedroom. The only thing you need to bear in mind is that the bulb is visible and it's housed in a wide glass tube. When I used a normal bulb, it became hot almost instantly and the heat travelled through to the metal top within 3 minutes. I was concerned that the glass tube might break with the heat so I bought LED bulbs online that generate no heat. Mine were the gorgeous squirrel cage filament LED bulbs so they actually look incredible as a feature too and really finish off the lamp. They generate no heat at all and the lamp is always cool to the touch. The other thing is the lamp took weeks to arrive, way longer than I expected. Turned out it was coming from Germany! There was tracking but it was in German and the translation made no sense e.g. What is the "consolidation" stage of delivery?! So the getting of it was a bit of a pain but the lamp itself is so gorgeous and perfect in my scheme that it was worth it in the end.
