The product itself is great, arrived really quickly however....it clearly says at checkout that delivery will be by two people. One man turned up with a super kingsize bed, I queried the fact that there were not two people as communicated and he blamed 'silly computers'. However given the superkingsize sleigh bed had to be taken to a second storey loft bedroom and the one man (who was supposed to be two) didn't 'do upstairs', I was left to get it up to the loft myself. Fortunately I managed to do this without significant injury and without damaging my newly painted staircase but I was left with a sore lower back for 3-4 days.. Angela.
