Am 64 so it took me a few days to suss it out but my goodness it’s brilliant. The pre heat is so quick and cooking time much less than my oven so there saving on my electric!! Massive! It was bigger than I expected. You can make a whole paella! It heats up quickly and is relatively even distributed, however it’s not as easily to control the temperature as on a normal stove.
