Delivery was slow, but they eventually came. We got two, one for my partner and one for me, my partner love his says its really helped his sore neck that he was suffering from. But for me they are far to hard and I just cant sleep with it so it was a waste of money for me. So if you have a sore neck and need a harder pillow this will be great for you. But if not dont waste your money.Edit they dont last long either before they go flat you get about 6 months before theyve lost their comfort, so I defos dont think for the price of them they are worth the money at all.. My order hasn’t been delivered fully us should have been. In my understanding I ordered x 2 orders- each order of pillows had 4 pillows inside so i should have received 8 pillows- I only received one package with 4 pillows, another set of 4 pillows hasn’t been delivered but if you can check the order shows that has been delivered, the item on dhe photo but x 4. If you check the delivery photo shows one package in the flour x4 pillows and pillow cases and bedsheets delivered- should have been delivered another pillow set x 4. Thankyou for your understanding. Soiled and damaged upon delivery. I was disappointed to receive this item in damaged condition. It looks like the tear could even have occurred in the warehouse prior to transit because the outside packaging was taped up. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver another one for a month. However, they did offer a reasonable refund, so I attempted self-repair and after suitably cleaning and patching it up I'm able to use it. The item itself is comfortable. Quite firm when new, however my old mattress was quite soft in comparison. So far I've experienced a reduction in back pain and I believe my posture is starting to improve too. In a nutshell, I'm currently happy with the comfort of the item, and the customer service was very good. However I'm not happy with the condition that the item was delivered in, the delivery time could have been better.
