Excellent value for money! My husband and I have been very pleasantly surprised my how comfortable this mattress is, as when it arrived we both thought it felt too firm. The pillow top is lovely, and prevents movement transferring when one of us rolls. Satisfied with my purchase, but didnt realise it was the type of mattress which was different on each side, so you cannot turn it. You could swivel it round, but not turn over. Would have preferred one you could turn over regularly as my other mattresses can be. Also, would have preferred if it had handles as makes it so much easier to manoeuvre and to take upstairs after delivery. UPDATE: Had this for about 10 months now. I’ve always made sure I’ve had decent mattress as I believe good back support, deep sleep helps support your overall well-being. This particular mattress is fantastic, it’s supportive so great if you sleep on your back, side or stomach. When you wave you feel refresh and asthough the mattress has realigned your posture. It keeps you cool but at the same time snug as a bug. Great value for money as it was cheaper than silent night going directly. It was delivery by two fantastically friending and helpful men, who had consideration for your home eg they took their shoes off without being asked, they put the mattress in a room of my choice and took all the packaging away at no additional cost. Great quality mattress, really pleased with it! There is a comfort layer on top of the springs which gives the mattress a memory foam feel but the springs offer more support and ensure the shape re-forms. The mattress is a comfort to sleep .I have lower back and shoulder pain. The mattress is firm however the pillow top is nice soft which helps with the shoulder and back pain. Very disappointed with the delivery. It was not raining when they came to deliver but had rained earlier. The delivery guys rested the mattress on the wet muddy ground outside the house. Plastic covering was torn in couple places . Water and mud seeped through the torn plastic on to mattress. Only noticed after the delivery guys left. Without any consideration, bringing the mattress in, the delivery guys walked in the house with muddy shoes. Shocking when youv'e spent so much money on a mattress and then gets delivered like this . Soiled and damaged upon delivery. I was disappointed to receive this item in damaged condition. It looks like the tear could even have occurred in the warehouse prior to transit because the outside packaging was taped up. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver another one for a month. However, they did offer a reasonable refund, so I attempted self-repair and after suitably cleaning and patching it up I'm able to use it. The item itself is comfortable. Quite firm when new, however my old mattress was quite soft in comparison. So far I've experienced a reduction in back pain and I believe my posture is starting to improve too. In a nutshell, I'm currently happy with the comfort of the item, and the customer service was very good. However I'm not happy with the condition that the item was delivered in, the delivery time could have been better.
