Jury is still out for me on whether these actually live up to the temperature regulation claim. I'm not sure how effective the mesh parts are once a pillowcase is on and find polyester an odd choice for filling in an item that claims to prevent overheating. I'm a very hot sleeper (medication) and have still overheated since using these exclusively. These are also not firm pillows. I switched out cotton filled pillows that had become a bit feeble with age and they had far better support. The memory foam core is impossible to feel in the centre. These pillows are, however, soft and comfortable. Reasonable pillows, unless you were hoping for the firm support claimed or have genuine temperature control issues while sleeping!.
