Soiled and damaged upon delivery. I was disappointed to receive this item in damaged condition. It looks like the tear could even have occurred in the warehouse prior to transit because the outside packaging was taped up. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver another one for a month. However, they did offer a reasonable refund, so I attempted self-repair and after suitably cleaning and patching it up I'm able to use it. The item itself is comfortable. Quite firm when new, however my old mattress was quite soft in comparison. So far I've experienced a reduction in back pain and I believe my posture is starting to improve too. In a nutshell, I'm currently happy with the comfort of the item, and the customer service was very good. However I'm not happy with the condition that the item was delivered in, the delivery time could have been better.
