Soiled and damaged upon delivery. I was disappointed to receive this item in damaged condition. It looks like the tear could even have occurred in the warehouse prior to transit because the outside packaging was taped up. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver another one for a month. However, they did offer a reasonable refund, so I attempted self-repair and after suitably cleaning and patching it up I'm able to use it. The item itself is comfortable. Quite firm when new, however my old mattress was quite soft in comparison. So far I've experienced a reduction in back pain and I believe my posture is starting to improve too. In a nutshell, I'm currently happy with the comfort of the item, and the customer service was very good. However I'm not happy with the condition that the item was delivered in, the delivery time could have been better. Satisfied with my purchase, but didnt realise it was the type of mattress which was different on each side, so you cannot turn it. You could swivel it round, but not turn over. Would have preferred one you could turn over regularly as my other mattresses can be. Also, would have preferred if it had handles as makes it so much easier to manoeuvre and to take upstairs after delivery. UPDATE: Had this for about 10 months now.
