Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Our beautiful shed. All contents in box. Roof takes some getting on. Our advice is if you get one side on then fix it in place then get rest in place. Plenty of ventilation and a nice window. The shed is a fine shed that features a durable and robust build thanks to the pressure-treated timber T&G (Tongue & Groove) shiplap cladding. It features a single door on the left side of the shed with three windows on the right providing light to enter. The roof is covered with 20kg of green mineral felt. Due to the well-designed build, it is supplied with a 15-year anti-rot guarantee.

Best price I could find great service kept me informed all the way including the delivery man, the shed was easy to piece together did not take long to build just myself and my wife nice big sides to fix together including the felt nails and screws and everything, I would recommend this shed to all very nice indeed.. Really lovely shed. The only downsides is that it took 3 people to put together (at one point 6 of us but that was because there wasn't any room behind the shed so we had to lift it), and the doors are really flimsy and don't close flush so still trying to figure out how to bring them completely together for security and weatherproofong (Bentonite - do you have any tips?!). This modular pent is shed is extremely versatile, due to the fact that the side panels can be assembled in any order. Meaning that the door, and windows can be placed on any side and the roof can slope either way to suit your needs. The shed is manufactured from 12mm shiplap tongue & groove timber, which has been pressure treated and is brown in colour. Every part of the shed, including the roof & floor is pressure treated and guarantees the timber against rot and insect for 15 years, so you can be assured that the shed will last the test time. The shed is supplied with a tongue & groove floor & roof as standard. Both are also made from 12mm timber, ensuring good strength and durability. If you choose a shed with windows, the windows will be 2mm perspex. The door is braced and ledged for extra strength and rigidity. A rim lock and key is supplied, to allow the shed to be locked and secured when not in use. The door lock, hinges, turn button and handle are made from galvanized steel so are protected from rust. All fixtures and fittings are supplied, including an assembly guide. Depending on the size of the shed, it should not take more than a few hours to assemble. Two persons is recommended to complete the assembly.
