I bought this only for the Emma Bridgewater chicken design, because I have had problems with Russell Hobbs kettles in the past few years. The handles on the lids keep breaking! It is nice to look at and functions perfectly. I tested different settings to get the perfect one for me and get excellent results each time. So far I haven’t had any problems with normal slices of bread not fitting. A lift function to remove some things from the toaster would be nice, but it’s not been a big deal and, overall, I am very pleased with the quality and look of this toaster..
