So easy to use, I'm disabled and struggle with strength, and carpal tunnel you don't need a ton of strength for this its great. You put it together in 4 parts. So the base is part 1 and that locks onto your kitchen counter so it doesn't move. Part two is the grater attachment, and then you have the handle and the little knob that locks that all in place. You put the grater inside, put the handle on the other end aligned with the grater, and then spin the little piece in to lock that in and ur ready to go.
