The movable knob at the bottom will alter the temperature. Very happy it looks amazing in our kitchen. The kettle is spot on already saving money on reboiling keeps the water nice and hot. However the courier used was EVRI delivery was poor in total it took 10 days from order to delivery so I almost cancelled my order.
