I was trying to give it 4 1/2 stars! The delivery was quick. The packing was good though slightly scruffy. However, the bed itself wasn't damaged. I am not handy at all so I got a handy man in to put it together. He took a good 2-2:30 hrs. At the end of it all, I have a lovely bed which is just the right height for me. I am guessing , but I think it would be the right height for my 80 yr old mom as well. Why I want to drop half a start is cause of the base. It's only a bit of fabric velcroed to the sides of the bed! That lets down the bed which itself is very well made and looks classy.. ALka. GB. 2017-01-17 12:30:37
