I'm satisfied this will provide a good laying spot for the chickens but I've placed it inside a shed as I'm not convinced the wire portions would stand up to a determined fox. There is a sliding locking door with a door closing arm and an access ramp between the house and the run enclosure. The instructions are not very good , and it is certainly not fox proof. We used cable ties to secure the top of the run area. Saying that , it is very easy to clean and my bantams love it. Our beautiful shed. All contents in box. Roof takes some getting on. Our advice is if you get one side on then fix it in place then get rest in place. Plenty of ventilation and a nice window.
