I must say I was surprised when we received this and put it together. For the price, it's very reasonable and solid. The size is quite large for hamsters, we have one hamster and he's loving his new villa. Instructions very clear and not much to put together. This hamster cage wasn’t the easiest to assembly, I think the instructions could be more clear and better labelled. The door at the front only has one latch, which didn’t feel secure, so my brother made me another one. The cage is an excellent size, you can fit lots of bedding if you don’t put the second shelf in. Arrived with a small dent and crack on the bases but was able to push it back into place and doesn’t spoil any of its functionality. A little fiddly to put together but size wise it’s really good.
