Considering we've paid a lot of money half way through putting it up we're finding we are having to drill new holes as the originals don't line up. And the screws provided are very cheap metal and keep breaking so had to buy all new screws. It's ok saying to return but when it's half up what can you do. If your not good at diy don't buy.. As already informed arrived on a small truck with just one man (driver) .. I expected the gazebo to come in panels but small pieces of wood were handed over...I expected two man delivery and product taken to where it would be constructed... delivery was kerbside only ( but the driver was helpful) I expected to be able to assembly the gazebo with help but it is a challenge to my carpenter so it is working out a lot more expensive than anticipated. The end product is beginning to look like photo so l will be pleased although very disappointed at first.....Not a project to be entered into lightly....Quality of wood is good as are all Bloomsbury Market products!.
