The flat packed arbour was fairly easy to construct, although assistance from another person (or a third hand!) would have been useful. It was fiddly to get the arch to form a neat circle and awkward to get the gates ‘balanced’ as they kept swinging open. This was possibly because the ground was not perfectly level. I solved both problems by selecting a raised patch of ground, on which the gates could rest. In summary, the arbour is a good ornamental feature, but if the gates are to be regularly opened and closed it will have to be sited on very level, firm ground. Steve. Fleet, GB. 2018-05-24 03:56:16

The arbour was delivered within two days. It took my wife and me about 6 hrs. to put it together. Although many of the section are already assembled, to attach them requires an electric drill and an electric screwdriver. ( the screw holes are not predrilled).
