The mattress arrived rolled up in good time as expected. I unrolled it and left it to expand for 8-10 hours after which it was still very hard and measured in at 13cm instead of the 15-20cm as advertised. I left it for a further day to see it it would improve and the mattress remained at 13cm. 3 fairly uncomfortable sleeps later I've resorted to buying a 5cm silent night memory foam mattress topper which has vastly improved how comfy it is. The 2 layers of 2.5cm foam on top of the high density foam is just not adequate in my opinion and although I'm covered by the 100 night sleep guarantee, I need to get some sleep while I try and get used to it. Hopefully it improves over time as I'm wearing it in, but the thickness concerns me and I won't hold my breath. I wasn't too sure of what mattress to go for and I concluded on this. Fixed it and didn't lay on it for almost 48 hours because I wanted it to assume proper shape.
