The actual statue is lovely, but the delivery of the item was appalling, I was home all day waiting for the delivery no one came to my front door. I had notification for delivery time slot which came and went, still nothing. Then a neighbour knocked my door to tell me a large box was at the top of my drive placed in front of a bag of stone which was delivered a few days earlier, his concern was that as he was walking down the hill he could clearly see the box containing the statue and was worried it could easily have been stolen. My drive is 80feet long, too long for the lazy delivery person to walk to my front door, but stupidly left it out of sight for me to see it from my front door or lounge window but left for anyone passing to see it from the road. The photo taken by the delivery person clearly shows this , also writing that the parcel was handed to me. I paid for delivery so not impressed at all, I have just ordered another statue , it will be my last purchase from WAYFAIR if the same happens again.. Pam. Fareham-, GB. 2024-09-14 17:00:16
