Love the design. Couldn’t be happier with the look of it. Kettle functions fine. Wayfair are excellent with customer service as the onoff switch for my original kettle broke after 1yr 1wk, a quick chat with customer service asking if I might be able to get a repair - which would be reasonable after a year of using it, lovely agent arranged a replacement. 5* for customer service, but kettle can only have 3* as it wasn’t great quality if the switch broke in a 1 person household after a little over a year..
