Wayfair are excellent with customer service as the onoff switch for my original kettle broke after 1yr 1wk, a quick chat with customer service asking if I might be able to get a repair - which would be reasonable after a year of using it, lovely agent arranged a replacement. 5* for customer service, but kettle can only have 3* as it wasn’t great quality if the switch broke in a 1 person household after a little over a year..
