Great design and very sturdy. The mesh tray under is a little flimsy and the holes on it don’t line up for one screw but it’s no big deal for us. The bottom slats are poles which was good for a bloke. Instructions are clear it looks smart but not bulky. Not a one person build really. Tv bracket is included but the screws to fit the tv aren’t. This review is to give a 5 stars to Wayfair! The bed is excellent value for the price much better than one I paid a lot more for through a certain online discount group. You get exactly what it says - but you get a lot more because of Wayfair's excellent customer service. We had trouble with one of the gas lift pistons - unbeknown to us it was faulty but caused one of the side struts to completely bend. I contacted Wayfair, they took details the customer service rep gave me his direct email and a phone contact. I emailed him pictures of what had happened and they replied confirming the new parts were ordered and would be delivered. I was skeptical but shouldn't have been. Wayfair replaced the whole side of the bed, including a new white faux leather panel which we didn't expect but had been damaged by the piston failure. It has been replaced and works perfectly. This bed frame looks unusual and has a low headboard, which I was looking for the mezzanine room. The bed arrived in two boxes, compact and well packaged, the content was in great condition, no damages. The manufacturing quality of the frame is excellent - no faults or issues spotted. It is easy to assemble - instructions are clear and easy to follow. The LED lighting strip in the headboard works perfectly. One thing that was not clear from any descriptions at the beginning, was the height of the slot between the matterss bottom level and the headboard. It is 20 cm.. Ilya.
