Hi my name is Trevor mcewan, I purchased a shed from yourselves and had it sent to my son in chertsy Surrey. I have spent including the shed paying for a base and frame in excess of £1500 only to find that the door is out of sink. The holes are in the correct place for the hinges, but the builder told us nothing could be done because it’s a manufacturer error. Unfortunately that doesn’t help me. If you do see signs of condensation here are hints to help you to protect the contents of your shed. To prevent condensation inside your shed, wherever possible, do not allow any excess moisture inside the shed. To do this try and ensure all equipment inside the shed such as camping gear or sporting goods are cleaned and dried before storing them in the shed. Try to let as much air inside the shed on cooler, dry days, by opening the shed doors. This will help the air circulation inside the shed and will drop the humidity level inside. Please note the durable material that all Keter sheds are made of will not be affected by moisture or condensation as part of the Keter no maintenance promise.

Excellent value. The delivery team were especially good. Arrived safely and all parts complete. Instructions were comprehensive and reasonably easy to follow. All parts matched up. Assembly took 2 people about 3 hours. The materials are of good quality, though the door furniture especially the handles seemed below the standard of the rest of the building. In addition to this, I found it extremely difficult to find a lock that was substantantial but also fitted through the loop on the handle. (First 2 Pictures) Instead I purchased a hasp and staple. ( 2nd 2 Pictures) I did enquire with Keter customer service regarding a ramp for the doorway. Unfortunately it is not available for this particular model, however I received a prompt and courteous reply. Despite these minor issues I still give it 5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low maintenance, long warrantied, easy to assemble shed.. Pete. Delivery date was earlier than said,they rang to say the time they will be there,taken straight into garden,cannot fault from order to delivery.took me 2 days to put together on all by myself,had problems with the handle screws not allowing me to drill right through,so have to rectify that.. Shed arrived in damaged boxes, but all the parts where intact. (apart from some missing screws - just 4, that aren't required until the end of the assembly process). Assembly is challenging, definitely a two person job sometimes three. I don't recommend that a power driver is used all this does is pull the top skin out of shape and doesn't get a grip on the skin underneath. Use a bradawl to put a small hole to allow the screw to grip. Some of the screw positions are difficult to get a "standard" screwdriver in a position to use, particularly the roof securing screws from inside. I used a mini ratchet. Some of the Snap In parts needed the edges cleaning up with a small file before they "click in", just that the casting is not clean. The instructions are average, the paper instructions in the box and the online instructions are slightly different, but both are lacking attention to details that would make the assembly much easier, this applies to many self assembly items not just this one. Always look ahead to see what fits next, and make sure that the part fits before any screws are used. The roof will need three people and two step ladders, the Wedges provided are useless and either stop the roof fitting or push right in and don't grip. My main issue is with the poor casting of some parts, in particular the snap in door tops, see pictures, and the fold over roof securing piece. Also some of the parts that snap in required remedial work before they would fit properly. Overall once built I'm satisfied with the result, much better than wood. Our beautiful shed. All contents in box. Roof takes some getting on. Our advice is if you get one side on then fix it in place then get rest in place. Plenty of ventilation and a nice window. Top panel on shed is not the same as the picture shown in any images or on the box. There is a gap behind the doors as seen in the photos attached, all instructions followed and checked.
