I have used my old set of these pans for 26 years ,sadly I had a couple of culinary disaster,I ruined one by burning boiled eggs !lol ! couldn't restore it.The other one had got tatty ,so decided to treat myself. The saucepans are terrific, the right size and with the best non-stick finish I've ever come across. Wayfair's website and ordering were very simple and the despatch was efficient. However, somewhere between despatch and delivery, the package suffered a potentially damaging breakage. Something made a hole in the external packaging and the individual item's packaging, which could have seriously damaged the pan.
