Pros Lovely colour and design, Plastic casing is easy to wipe down, Crumb tray easy to remove and clean. Cons For the price I would’ve expected the dials that control the temp to be made out of metal but they are plastic and feel a bit cheap, I have only toasted sliced bread and bagels but found that bagels had to be cut exactly in half to fit nicely, I have found that one side of bread gets toasted more than the other (not sure if that’s my individual toaster but it’s not so bad that I would call it faulty).
