Arrived early.....lovely kettle very retro and great colour ... HOWEVER it comes with its filter not fitted..and there are no instructions in the manual to explain how to do this...it took 4 of us, one an electrician, with the added help of Haden customer care via 3 illustrated emails a total of 3.5 hours to securely fit this filter...when the kettle boils the filter can easily fall off, rendering the kettle useless...I was thinking to send this product back, but now the filter is seemingly secure and the kettle has successfully survived 4 days, the beautiful design is a winner!.
