Very happy with this bed, easy to put up and down and the matress is so comfortable. The only disappointment was the delivery, of which I was told I would receive on the Friday and got a text saying between 1124 - 1424. It did not arrive until the Saturday and that was also quite challenging. I also did not receive the cover that I was told was coming with the bed, again disappointed and I could not get through on the phone to let them know that this was absent when opening the bed.. Really lovely when finished but be warned. DONT FOLLOW THE FIRST STEPS OF INSTRUCTIONS. They say to put side and middle strips on then balance other side on top, but it’s to wobbly. Then they say to stand up but everything snaps because the back isn’t on. I recommend build like a wardrobe with face down then put back on BEFORE standing up. We ended up having to patch ours up with screws on the outside. Also you build near to where you want it only to have to pull out with a lot of help as VERY VERY heavy. Then move back into position. Design could be better so springs are put on from inside. Also hanging front on is ackward as you have to support it while trying to get bolts in. Lovely when finished. I'm glad we sprung for the thicker mattress. The bed is comfortable and a good length (I'm 6'2"). The frame feels solid, not like a typical folding bed. I've had difficulty with opening and closing folding beds in the past, but this one has a clever design that locks it in place when not in use, but opens with just a slight pull upwards. We got this for guests when they stay in our spare room. The headboard is solid and nice for reading in bed and keeping the pillow from sliding off at night, and during the day it funcitons as a table rather than simply taking up space..
