I bought this only for the Emma Bridgewater chicken design, because I have had problems with Russell Hobbs kettles in the past few years. The handles on the lids keep breaking! I couldn't resist this, so I hope it will be OK. Lovely kettle, nice and quiet. One problem, despite boiling twice, and rinsing before use, as instructed, the tea tastes metallic.
