Chair is lovely however mine arrived with some damage from where the plug had been carelessly placed between the seat cushion and back rest which has left a permanent dent. I was offered replacement parts but wouldn't of been able to do this. Or to send the product back and repackage it which I wouldn't be able to do either because of its size plus I'd need to have stayed in again for another delivery. This was so easy to assemble and I love that it can be used in different ways! It has the rocking option, wheels, or just without!
