These pillows are very well made and the material is good quality. They came well packaged and plump up nicely. However the are extremely soft (like sleeping on a cloud) and offer very little support, I like them as a top pillow with a firmer pillow underneath. I got a dormeo mattress topper about a month ago, that opened my eyes to the possibility of living with less back and hip pain, after a month of hardcore research i pulled the trigger and got this to go on my new small double bed and I've not woke up with a throbbing hip since, I'm not saying I'm cured (i wish) but quality of life is 10x better sleeping on the correct mattress, the people saying it's softer upside down or etc obviously expected a cloud like experience, this is for people who know what a bad back is and need a premium mattress, but even better still, it's a quarter of the price of the big named brands.. These pillows are top notch for the price. Quality is great. I didn't expect pipping along the edges but the little touch makes the pillows more luxurious (despite the fact that no one can see it when in the pillow case but I know :)) . The filling was substantial and looks great when on the bed but more importantly was very comfortable when sleeping. I prefer a medium fill and these hit the spot. My order hasn’t been delivered fully us should have been. In my understanding I ordered x 2 orders- each order of pillows had 4 pillows inside so i should have received 8 pillows- I only received one package with 4 pillows, another set of 4 pillows hasn’t been delivered but if you can check the order shows that has been delivered, the item on dhe photo but x 4.
