Nice bit of kit. Went in to the space specified neatly, although the surround fitting does not engage particularly well. It feels as though it could easily be dislodged. The heat provided is ok and the fan is not too noisy. The unit smells when first used but after a few hours it is odour free. Flame effect looks realistic. Please with my purchase.. No border landscape fire - the back box goes into the wall and needs to be fully covered and frameless kits removed in order to leave the landscape glass only on the show - touch panel control on the fire which goes out after use. Due to the LED technology, the fireplace is low cost to run when using the flame and lighting effects – less than £4 per year if used for 5 hours per day. The mood lighting allows the user to choose from 13 different stationary colors - including an option that cycles slowly through the colors.
