This review is to give a 5 stars to Wayfair! The bed is excellent value for the price much better than one I paid a lot more for through a certain online discount group. You get exactly what it says - but you get a lot more because of Wayfair's excellent customer service. We had trouble with one of the gas lift pistons - unbeknown to us it was faulty but caused one of the side struts to completely bend. I contacted Wayfair, they took details the customer service rep gave me his direct email and a phone contact. I emailed him pictures of what had happened and they replied confirming the new parts were ordered and would be delivered. I was skeptical but shouldn't have been. Wayfair replaced the whole side of the bed, including a new white faux leather panel which we didn't expect but had been damaged by the piston failure. It has been replaced and works perfectly. The 4FT MISSION BED in White is made from high-quality MDF and pine. The MDF is used to ensure a near-perfect finish on the face parts, i.e., drawer fronts and front panel. The slatted design on the head-end combined with the tongue and grooved foot-end creates a beautiful-looking bed. Kiln-dried solid pine slats make for a very sturdy bed. There are 3 drawers on each side of the bed frame that add essential storage.
