I have been unable to submit my application this will be the 4th attempt the priority for the chair was dual control I was told it was it isn't then came the delivery of same I would get notice when it would be delivered which would enable us to move my partners chair to replace with the new one as he has Parkinsons I needed the family to be involved I got ten minutes notice and when I went to the door found they were next door trying to deliver the chair there it was pouring with rain so after being told it would be placed by the 2 man delivery the cardboard box was left in the middle of the room which was by this time soaking they said they only deliver and if I wasn't happy they would return it in hindsight I should have let them take it back. I telephoned yourselves spoke to Philip ext. 3443 who apologised and promised to contact Doug ext. 1186812 who had dealt with my order no one has contacted me as yet I await your response that is if it lets me submit..
