So far, so good. Purchase this because I hear so much good comment regarding slow cooker. I need it cooking extra meats for christmas and special occasions to make things easy. But I wonder why it is called slow cooker as it takes long, best start cooking overnight. Massive! It was bigger than I expected. You can make a whole paella! It heats up quickly and is relatively even distributed, however it’s not as easily to control the temperature as on a normal stove.
