To be honest the price seemed to be a bit salty, but it was in line with other retailers, so I went ahead and ordered it anyway, and I'm glad I did!! It's becoming all to rare to find a product that gives value for money these days and this IS one of those products. I managed to build it myself with occasional help from my wife, but it'd be a bit quicker with two people working together. As I was building it the quality and fit of the parts was exceptionally good, with only the occasional donkey from a rubber mallet to close the plastic panels together. Which is actually a good point because it shows the tolerances of the parts are nice and snug. All the metal parts like the hinges and hasp were of good thick steel which in turn gives the whole thing a sense of quality that'll last more than a couple of years. The way this box has been cleverly designed means there's no fasteners showing anywhere on the outside, so any would be thieves won't be able to unscrew it to get at your hard earned valuables. Which is very important to me because I'm storing two electric bicycles and a mountain bike. Which will remain nice and dry because the lid overlaps the box all the way round.. The walls are a traditional log cabin construction with sturdy 19 mm logs. The roof is T&G with roof felt supplied and the floor is also T&G with pressure treated bearers. The double doors are lockable and there is one opening window. The shed is also lockable. The building has full length, SAN safety glazing which is a rigid, clear, glass alternative. The log cabin is made in the UK from high grade, FSC approved North European pine. The building is a planning friendly 2.15 m high and internal eaves height is 6' for a spacious interior. The building is supplied untreated ready for you to paint or stain immediately after assembly. Where dimensions are critical please check internal (floor) sizes as building dimensions are to the edge of the individual boards that make up the cabin and will include the crossover of the logs.
