Very good and strong bed. But the instructions was a headache seriously for the price you ask for you can make a better copy of instructions and may be few pages spread. Took us 4 hours to bulid. We did read the reviews about it before purchasing and we decided not to let it be an issue for us. But blimey it was a headache to bulid lol . Cant fault the bed though very strong good for storage. This review is to give a 5 stars to Wayfair! The bed is excellent value for the price much better than one I paid a lot more for through a certain online discount group. You get exactly what it says - but you get a lot more because of Wayfair's excellent customer service. We had trouble with one of the gas lift pistons - unbeknown to us it was faulty but caused one of the side struts to completely bend. I contacted Wayfair, they took details the customer service rep gave me his direct email and a phone contact. I emailed him pictures of what had happened and they replied confirming the new parts were ordered and would be delivered. I was skeptical but shouldn't have been. Wayfair replaced the whole side of the bed, including a new white faux leather panel which we didn't expect but had been damaged by the piston failure. It has been replaced and works perfectly. so impressed with this. The price scared me a bit with it being so cheap, was expecting it to be average quality and rickety but how wrong I was, was easy enough to assemble once we’d worked out which bits went where, definitely recommend 2 people to set up.
