I love this bed and headboard I looks so good and fits the theme of the room, although it didn’t come with a manual it was very easy to put together , it took me a hour to do.the drawers get stick and are hard to open when they are stuck. Fs. London. Wed Mar 12 2025

Great little bed. Delivery was punctual and the delivery guys were great. I put the bed together by myself. Which took me a few hours, no doubt it would have been quicker with two pairs of hands. Positives - although a little vague the instructions are fairly simple to follow. Everything was labelled and the tools/parts were great! All the necessary screws, including spares were in blister packs, with relevant letters on, so no having to fish through scores of different sizes etc. 2 Allen keys, a spanner and a ratchet Allen key (the best tool for the job) were all supplied. Everything went together as it should. The negatives - the brackets for the struts were an absolute pig to fit. Also the struts were a lot harder to move than I expected. I thought they were broken. Contacted Wayfair and despite having an email address on account and sending said email in the WhatsApp message. The emails they said they would send never arrived. So I'm not convinced on their customer services. Saying that it was between Christmas and new year...anyway after some fiddling the next day I managed to get it all sorted. Overall a very comfortable bed with lots of storage. Great for limited space. For the money I would definitely recommend this bed.. Eve C. Carlisle. Cumbria. Mon Dec 30 2024
