The Holt is an attractive and well made British shed featuring high grade 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding and strong 34mm sqauare framing. There are two opening glass windows for added light and ventilation. Faux shutters are also supplied. The double door is fitted with a rim lock and wooden knob. The floor is 12mm matching T&G whilst the roof is solid sheet OSB boards, roof felt is also supplied for the exterior. The shed is dip treated with a preservative base coat ready for your own topcoat of paint or stain. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

The reason I gave the storage Box 2 stars is that the roof lid isn’t lockable so it means that you can’t store anything securely. Also, there must be 150 screws which you must insert which seems to take at least six hours to point together. There is also side gaps which insectsbugs and rats can crawl through. I can't comment on the shed as only just delivered. The shed was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The driver and van arrived on time to find the warehouse personal had only packed half the shed so he had to take that half away and return next day with both parts. First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. I’m going to make some modifications to make it more secure, but I couldn’t buy the materials to make a custom shed for this price so I’m delighted!. Anonymous. Tue Jan 09 2024

After long-period research and survey, we rigorously designed the sloping roof for all sizes of sheds, to avoid water reserve under heavy rainy days. The special design of air vents prevents any lack of air inside, plastic caps avoid injury while people are around. Sturdy and reinforced interior structure to make the shed withstand as long-lasting.

We bought this outdoor storage cabinet expecting a quick and straightforward build, as the listing suggests around 30 minutes assembly for two people. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from our experience. We’ve spent over 9 hours across 3 days trying to put it together and still haven’t been able to complete it. The main issue is the instructions—they are unclear, lack detail, and don’t properly explain the order of assembly. Several panels look almost identical but aren’t, which leads to mistakes that only become obvious later on. At multiple stages, parts didn’t seem to line up correctly, and it’s difficult to tell whether this is due to design or poor guidance. For something marketed as quick and easy, this was incredibly frustrating. The unit itself seems like it could be decent once built, but the assembly process seriously lets it down. Unless you’re very experienced with flat-pack builds or prepared to spend significantly more time than advertised, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
